October 2019 – Upcoming Gigs & Events

Hello 24K fans! September proved to be another busy month for your favourite Colchester wedding, party and events band, with plenty of gigs and functions all around Essex and Suffolk to tell all about! More on that later, as we’d like to start this post off by letting you know what we’ve got coming up in October:

24 Karat October 2019 Gigs & Events

We’ve got plenty of events to keep us busy throughout October, with four private events and only one public gig in the diary so far. If you’re well and truly frightened about the prospect of only public gig to come see us over Halloween month, then fear not! Make sure you get yourself down to the fantastic Greyhound in Wivenhoe on October 12th, where we are thoroughly looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and getting you all on that dancefloor!

September Recap

September saw us play a number of great events in a variety of different venues! We started off the month with two public gigs at The Drapers Hotel in Earls Colne and Coda in Colchester. Here’s a picture of our Drapers setup before the fun started!

We then went onto play a truly stunning wedding at one of our favourite wedding venues, the Leez Priory in Chelmsford, Essex. Congratulations to Amy & Nathan, we had a great night playing for you and your guests! Here’s a selection of photos:

We followed this up with another wedding, this time at the United Services Club in Harwich. Congratulations to Lisa & Gary! We had another great night here playing for you and your wedding party! Here are some pics:

Finally, we rounded off the month in style by playing Lynn and Nial’s wedding party at The Greyhound in Wivenhoe, Essex. Lynn and Nial are good friends of ours, and they run a great pub in the heart of Wivenhoe in The Greyhound, so we were delighted when they asked us to play at their event! Congratulations to you both, thanks for having us – another great night for the band! Here are some pics:
